RESOLUTION NO. 59-156 DECLARING INTENTION TO ESTABLISH SETBACK LINES ALONG PORTIONS 0F LEHNHARDT AVENUE, VERAN0 STRMMT, AND SMELTZER AVENUE WHEREAS, the Planning Commis sion has recommended that setback lines herein described be established; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares its intention to establish setback lines, as provided for in Sections 9255 through 9258 of the Santa Ana ~unicipal Code, as follows: (w) Lehnhardt Avenue, on the South side, between the East line of Verano Street, and a point 520 feet East of the surveyed center line of Verano Street, 55 feet from the surveyed center line of Lehnhardt Avenue, measured at right angles. (x) Verano Street, on the East side, between the South line of proposed Lehnhardt Avenue and a point 210 feet North of the center line of Smeltzer Avenue, ll0 feet from the surveyed center line of Verano Street, measured at right angles. (y) Smeltzer Avenue, on the North side, between a point 207 feet East of the surveyed center line of Verano Street and a point 520 feet East of the surveyed center line of Ver~uo Street, 120 feet from the surveyed center line of Smeltzer Avenue, measured at right angles. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 P. M. on the 20th day of July, 1959, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 3rd and Main Street, Santa Ana, California, is hereby established as the hour and place when all persons having any objections to the establishment of said proposed setback lines may appear and be heard. BE IT FURTHER RESOIPED: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to publish notice of said hearing by publishing a copy of this Resolution once in a newspaper of general circulation pub- lished in the City, au d t~e Department of Public Works is directed to post copies of this Resolution conspicuously along said street in front of each block, or part thereof, where said setback lines are proposed to be established. No less t~an three such notices shall be posted. Both publication and posting shall be completed at least ten days before the time of said hearing. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of June, 1959.
