RESOLUTION NO. 59-159 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />DEEDS BY THE CITT~ OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has acquired all vehicular access right~ <br /> <br />to certain property and desires to grant to owners a drive-way access <br /> <br />to said property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in an escrow for exchange of properties with the <br /> <br />Segerstrom family, the City desires to convey to said family certain <br /> <br />property; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br /> <br />of the Council are hereby directed to execute a 0uit Claim deed to <br /> <br />Harry J. and May A. Tancredi, <br />described as: <br /> <br />quitclaiming that certain property <br /> <br />All vehicular access rights to l?th Street from the lands <br />lying South of the South line of the northerly 22.00 feet <br />of the easterly 5.00 feet of the westerly llO.3 feet of <br />Lot l, in Block 10, of a Subdivision of Blocks l0 and ll <br />in the Town of S~ ta Ana East as shown on a map thereof <br />recorded in Book 24, at page 76, of Miscellaneous Records <br />of Los Angeles County, Csltfornia, <br /> <br />and the Clerk is instructed to deliver the same to Grantees; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the <br /> <br />Council are hereby directed to execute a deed granting to Anton H. <br /> <br />Se~rs~t~and Nellie Ruth Segerstrom, Harold T. Segerstrom a~d <br />Veronica 2. Segerstrom, Henry T. Segerstrom and Yvonne de C. Seger- <br />strom, and Harold T. Segerstrom, Jr. aud Jeanette E. Segerstrom <br /> <br />that certain property described as: <br /> <br />The East 104.00 feet of Lot 4 of "Record of Survey showing <br />Partition of the Estate of Sarah A. M.
