RESOLUTION NO. 59-159 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DEEDS BY THE CITT~ OF SANTA ANA WHEREAS, the City has acquired all vehicular access right~ to certain property and desires to grant to owners a drive-way access to said property; and WHEREAS, in an escrow for exchange of properties with the Segerstrom family, the City desires to convey to said family certain property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby directed to execute a 0uit Claim deed to Harry J. and May A. Tancredi, described as: quitclaiming that certain property All vehicular access rights to l?th Street from the lands lying South of the South line of the northerly 22.00 feet of the easterly 5.00 feet of the westerly llO.3 feet of Lot l, in Block 10, of a Subdivision of Blocks l0 and ll in the Town of S~ ta Ana East as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 24, at page 76, of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, Csltfornia, and the Clerk is instructed to deliver the same to Grantees; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby directed to execute a deed granting to Anton H. Se~rs~t~and Nellie Ruth Segerstrom, Harold T. Segerstrom a~d Veronica 2. Segerstrom, Henry T. Segerstrom and Yvonne de C. Seger- strom, and Harold T. Segerstrom, Jr. aud Jeanette E. Segerstrom that certain property described as: The East 104.00 feet of Lot 4 of "Record of Survey showing Partition of the Estate of Sarah A. M. Selvidge", in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, as per map filed in Book S, page 35 of Record of Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of said County. EXCEPTING the following three parcels: Parcel l: That portion of said Lot 4 lying East of a line parallel with and 59.00 feet Westerly, measured at right angles, from the center line of Fairview Street as shown on a Map of Tract No. 2260 reconded in Book 106, pages i to 6 inclusive, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. Parcel 2: That pGrtion of said Lot 4 lying South of a line parallel with and 59.00 feet Northerly, measured at right angles, from the Westerly extension of the center line of Delhi Road, as shown on said Map of Tract No. 2260. Parcel ~: A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Easterly by the West line of Parcel l, bounded Southerly by the North line of Parcel 2, bounded Northwesterly by the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly, having a radius of 2~.00 feet; and tangent to said Easterly and Southerly boundaries,
