RESOLUTION NO. 59-164 ACCEPTING DEED FROM JAMES A. AND <br /> LORETTA W. SHEALY, WITHOUT CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHE~EAS, JAMES A. and LORETTA W. SHEALY have presented to <br /> <br />the City a deed dated June 19, 1959 granting an easement for street <br /> <br />purposes over property located at the Northeast Corner of Washington <br /> <br />and Main Streets in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State <br /> <br />of California, described as: <br /> <br />That portion of Lot "L" of the "Dresser Tract", as shown <br />on a map thereof recorded in book 12, page 83, Miscellan- <br />eous Records of Los Angeles County, California, described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point ~4.25 chains South 0° 12, East of the <br />corner of Sections 4 6, 12 and 7, in Township 5 South, <br />Ranges 9 and l0 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, <br />running thence East 45.00 feet; thence North 2.52-112 <br />chains; t~ence West 45.00 feet; thence South 2.52-1/2 chains <br />to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration for the put- <br /> <br />chase of said land; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said <br /> <br />deed and Carl J.
