RESOLUTION NO. 59~147 ACCEPTING GRANT DEEDS WHERE THE CITY IS PA~TNG CASH CONSIDERATION WHEREAS, WILLIAN EARL PATTERSON and BLANCHE PATTERSON have presented to the City a deed dated April 16, 1959 conveying a small triangular parcel of la~d on the Westerly side of King Street, South of Fifth, and a deed dated April 16, 1959 conveying land for the alignment of King Street South of Fifth, in consideration of the payment to them of $3,010.00; and WHEREAS, ALLISON HONER CO., a copartnership, has presented to the City a deed dated April lC, 1959 granting an easement for street purposes for the Westerly side of King Street South of Fifth and for a small triangle of property along the Southerly side of Fifth Street, West of King, in consideration of the payment of $5, 000.00; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said deeds and CARL J. THORNTON, the City's designated Agent, is here- by directed to endorse the acceptance for the City of Santa Aha upon the face of said instruments and to provide for the recording of the same through escrow.
