RESOLUTION NO. 59-157 DECLARING INTENTION TO ESTABLISH FUTURE RIGHT-OF-WAY LINES ALONG FIFTH STREET, McCLAY STREET AND GRAND AVENOE WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that setback lines, to be ~own as "Future Right-of-Way Lines, hereinbelow des- cribed, be established; NOW, Ti~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Sata Ana declares its intention to establish such setback lines under the designation, "Future Right-of-Way Lines", as follows: (d) Fifth Street, on both sides, between Harbor Boulevard and Western Avenue, 4a feet from the surveyed center line measured at right angles. (e) McCl~ Street and Grand Avenue~ from SantaClara Avenue to Delhi Road, as follows: 1. On both sides, 42 feet from the surveyed center line between Santa Clara Avenue and Seventeenth Street. 2. On the West side, 35 feet from the surveyed center line between Fourth and First Streets. 3- On the East side, 45 feet from the surveyed center line between Fourth and First Streets. 4- On both sides, 42 feet from the surveyed center line between First and Chestnut Streets. 5. On the West side, 30 feet from the sttrveyed center line between Chestnut and McFadden Streets. 6. On the East side, 54 feet from the surveyed center line between Chestnut and McFadden Streets. 7. On both sides, 42 feet from ~ne surveyed center line between McFadden Street a~d Delhi Road. BE IT l~JRTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 P.M. on the 20th day of July, 1959, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 3rd and Main Street, Santa Ana, California, is hereby fixed as the hottr and place where all persons having any objection to the proposed Future Right-of-Way Lines may appear and be heard. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is dir- ected to publish a copy of this Re~lution, once in the Sauta Aha Register, and the Department of Public Works is directed to post copies of this Resolution~ along said streets in front of each block or part thereof, where said lines are proposed to be established. Both pub- lication and posting shall be completed at least l0 days before the time of said hea~ing.
