RESOLUTION NO. 59-166 ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WALTER C' COLLINS, has delivered to the City a <br />deed dated June 26, 1959, quitclaiming to the City that certain <br />real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State <br />of California, described as: <br /> <br /> The South Five (5) feet of Lot B-3 as shown on a Map of <br /> Dean's Addition to the City of Santa Ana, filed in Book <br /> l, page 21, of Record of Surveys in the office of the <br /> County Recorder of said Orange County; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts <br />said deed and Carl J.
