'260 RESOLUTION OVERRULING PRO%~STS OR OBJECTIONS TO ASSESS- MENT, APPROVING ASSESSI, LENT AND ORDERING THE STREET SUP~RL~NDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD. NO. 2120 WHEREAS, the City Council of ~he City of Santa Ana, did on the 18th day of February, 1929, pass Eesolution of Intention No. 2072, for the improvement of a portion of Sycamore Street; and whereas, on the 1st day of August, 1929, the Superintendent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum due for the work performed and specified in the contract made under proceedings for the said i~,provement, which assessment diagram was approved by the City Council of said City on the 13th day of Nay, 1929. AND, ~EREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana has given notice required by law, in which notice August 19, 1929, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where any and all persons interested in the said wor~ n~ght be heard; and whereas, no person aggrieved has filed with the City Council a written objection to said assessment as required by law; and whereas, at the time set for hearing protests or objections the City Council Of said City proceeded to hear the same, and all of said protests or objections to said assessment or the work done having been heard, it is hereby RESOLVED~ by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha that all of the said protests or objections against said assessment or the work done under said proceedings 0e, and the same are hereby overruled and denied and the assessment be affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to attach to said assessment a warrant in the form and manner required by law, and shall record the same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at a regular meeting thereof held on the 19th day of August, 1929, by the following vote~ AYES, TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, F.L.Purinton NOES, TRUSTEES: None ABSENT, TRUSTEES: Homer C.
