IN THE MATTER OF THE ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. §, OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA. RESOLUTION OF IN%~NTION NO. 2125. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana, pursuant to the provisions of the "Acquisition and Improvement Act of 1925", as amended, do resolve as follows: Section 1. That the public interest and necessity require and it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, California, to order the following acquisitions for Richland Street in the City of Santa Ana, to-wit: All of a strip of land sixty (60) feet in width and being thirty (30) feet on each side of and adjacent to The following described center line, to-wit: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Block One (1) of Hiltyard Addition as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 4, Page 32, Records of Orange County, Califqr~ia; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of Block One (1) of said Hillyard Addition to the Northwesterly corner thereof. That the property necessary to be taken for such opening and extension of that part of Richland Street described above includes all those parcels of lan. situate in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, and part- icularly described as follows, to-wit: Parcel No. 1. The South 30 feet of Lot Eight (8) of the Morse Villa Tract, as per map thereof recorded in ~ook 3, Page 46 of Mlacel~aneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California. Parcel No. 2.
