RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 2133 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, D.ECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ESTABLISH SET-BACK LINES UPON NORTH FLOWER STREET, ON BOTH SIDES OF SAID STREET~ FROM THE NORTH LINE OF TRACT NO. 748 TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SANTA CLARA AVENUE IF EXTENDED ~VES~ERLY; AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING 0BJECTIOES TO THE ESTABLISH- MENT OF SAID SET-BACK LINES. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana, pursuant to ~he provisions of Ordinance No. 813 of the City of Santa Ana prescribing the method of procedure for establishing set-back lines in the City o£ Santa Aha, do resolve as follows: Section 1. That the public interest and convenience requires, and it is the intention of the Cigy Council of the City of Santa Ana, California, to es~ablish set-back lines upon the following street in the City of Santa Ana, between which and the respective street lines of said street it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to erect any building or structure, or to place any structure thereon, to-wit: North Flower Street, on both sides of sa~d street, from the North line of Tract N~. 748 to the South line of Santa Clara Avenue if extended Westerly forty (40) feet outside of the present East and West lines respectively of said street. Section 2. Notice is hereby given, that on the 18th day of November, 1929~ at 7:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of the said City of Santa Ana, any and all persons having any objections to the establishment of said set-back lines, or either of them, may appear before the City Council and show cause why an ordinance should not be passed and adopted establishing set-back lines upon the above mentioned street in accordance with this Resolution. That all persons desir£ng t& so appear should file with the City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana before the hearing herein set a written protest against the establishment of said set-back lines designated herein, or any part thereof, and no other protests or objections will be considered. SectiOn 3. The Santa Ana ~aily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated, and of general circulation in the City of Santa Aha, is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published, and the City Clerk of said City is h~reby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by one insertion in said newspaper~ which publication shall be at least ten (10) days before the time of said hearing. Section 4. The Street Superintendent of said City, shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to be conspicuously posted in front of each block or part of block upon said street where said set-back lines are proposed to be established a copy of this Resolution of Intention, in the manner and form prescribed by said Ordinance No. 813 of said City. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution of Intention was duly and regularly introduced and passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 21st day of October, 1929, by the following vote, to-wit:
