RESOLUTION NO. 20~2. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA. WHEREAS, it satisfactorily appearing to the City Council of the City of Santa Aha that it would be for the benefit and best interest of the City of Santa Ana to sell the real property hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, it further satisfactorily appearing to said City Council that the ssi real property is not being used for any public use and that the same is unsuitable therefor; and WHEREAS, an adequate and sufficient consideration has been offered to the City of Santa Aha by the SANTA ANA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, a Corporation, for the said describe¢ real property; NO~7, THEREFORE, BE IT R~SOLVED. T~at it would be for the benefit and best interest of the City of Santa Ana that the following described real property belonging to the said City of Santa Ana, and situated in the County of Orange, State of Californt~ and more particularly de~cribed as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Fifteen (iS), Township Five (§) South, Range Ten (10) West, S.B.B.&.M.; thence North 0o 13~ 50" West 1320.12 feet to the center of said Section Fifteen (15); thence North 89° 46, 10" East 280~26 feet; thence South 13° 16~ 10" West 10~.?0 feet; thence North 89° 46~ 10" East 10V9.58 feet to the Northeast co,ar of the Northwest ~arter (Nm 1/4) of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of said Section Fifteen (15), thence South 0o 06' 50" East 1305.08 feet to the Southeast corner of said Northwes~ quarter (~NW 1~4) of the Southea t quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Fifteen'(15); thence South 0~ 10' 30" East 1305.98 feet to the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter (~I~1/4) of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Fifteen (1§); thence North $9? 47' 10" ~¥est 573.V6 feet; thence North 21° 00' 00" Nest V8.3~ feet; thence South ~9° 33' 20" West ?1S.47 feet to the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of said Section Fifteen (15); thence South 0o 20' 40" East, 1317.31 feet to the Squtheast corner of thE Northeast quarter (NE 1/4~ of the Northwest quarter.(NW 1/4) of Section Twenty two (22~, Township Five (5~ South, Range Ten (10) ~est, S.B,B.&.M.; thence South 89~ 30, 40" West 1033.83 feet more or less to the Southeasterly line of the official bed of the Santa Aha River; thence Northeasterly along said Southeasterly line of the official bed of the Santa Ana River to an intersection with the Northerly line of the Southeast ~uarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest quarter (SW 1/4) of said Section Fifteen 15); thence North 89° 36' 30" East to the point of beginning; subject to reservations of record and estimated to contain 121.02 acres. be sold for the sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($1~,000.00) in lawful money of the United States to the SANTA ANA CHAMBER OF COmmERCE, a Corporation, and upon payment of said sum to the CITY OF SANTA ANA, that a good and sufficient deed be executed and delivered by the said CITY OF SANTA ANA to the SANTA ANA CHEER OF COM~ERCE, a Corporat! and the Mayor and City Clerk of said City ~f Santa Aha are hereby directed to execute said deed on behalf of said City, cnnveying all of the right, title and interest of the City of Santa Aha in said real property.
