TI~E AND PLACE OF HEA~ING Section 6. Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of August, 1929, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa Ana any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the said City Council and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution.. That all ~ rsons desiring to so appear should file with ~he City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana before the house herein set a written protest against the said work or the assessment ~Istrict proposed to be assessed, or both. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION Section 7. The Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general circulation in the City of Santa Ana is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be pub- lished by two insertions in said newspaper, in the manner and fo~m required by law. The City Council does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the notice of improvement to owners or reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the same. POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPROVEI~NT Section 8. The Street Superintendent of said City shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to be conspicuously poste~ along the lines of said contemplated work or improvement and along all the open streets and alleys within the hereinbefore described assessment district, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, in the manner and fo~m re~ired by law. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution of Intention was duly and regularly introduced and passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 1Sth day of July, 1929, by the following vote, to-wi1 AYES, NOES, ABSENT, TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, Homer C.
