RESOLUTION NO. 59-175 GRANTING APPROVAL FOR THE DESTRUC- <br />TION OF MISCELLANEOUS DUPLICATE RECORDS IN CUSTODY OF THE <br />PURCHASING AGENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent has requested authorization for <br />the destruction of certain miscellaneous duplicate records; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha hereby approves the destruction of certain miscel- <br />laneous duplicate records having to do with Purchase Department trans- <br />actions which took place more than five years prior to the date of the <br />adoption of this Resolution and which the Purchasing Agent states he <br />considers to be of no further use.
