Street shall be improved by the construction of Portland Cement Concrete curbs and Portland cement concrete side- walks, all as shown on the plans. The removal of all portions of buildings or structures, trees or stumps existing upon and along the hereinbefore described portions of First Street from proper1 line to property line, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans. Together with such other work and improvements as are noted on the plans and specifications which shall be considered as incidental to the above described work and improvements, and no additionalcompensation will be paid therefor. CHANGE OF GRADE Section 3.
