IN THE MATTER OF ACQUISITION AND I~PROVFZIENT DISTRICT NO. 4 OF TEE CITY OF SANTA AMA RESOLUTION OF AWARD NO. 2173 V~HEREAS, the City Council of the City. of Santa Ana, did in open session at a regular meeting thereof, o~ the 3rd day of March, 1930, publicly open~ examine and declare all sealed bids for Acquisition and Improvement District Bonds, designated Series "AA" in Acquisition and Improvement District No. 4, of the City of Santa Ana, in the total sum of Forty~three Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($43,525.00) ordered issued by Resolution No. 2167 of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, which bonds are dated February 3, 1930~ and being numbered i to 60 inclusive, and bearing interest at the rate of ~ percent per ann~m, payable semi-annually, and being in the r~spective amounts set forth in said Notice Inviting Bids. RESOLVED, that the said City Council hereby rejects all of said bids~ except the next herein mentioned, and hereby awards the said bonds to the highest bidder, to-wit: WHEELOCK AND C0~iPANY, for the amount named in its bid as follow to-wit: $43,525.00, and accrued interest to date of delivery of bonds, and a premium of ~610.00; Said bonds to bear interest at the rate of ~ percent per annum, payable semi- annually. That the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is hereby directed to deliver said bonds to the purchaser hereinbefore named, upon payment by said purchaser of the amount named in its bid, and for which said bonds are awarded as ~foresaid~ in cash lawful money of the United States, which money shall be paid to the Treasurer of the City of Santa Ana, to be placed in the General Fund of said City, to reimburse said Fund for the moneys deposited with the Clerk of the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Orange, in order to obtain an order for immediate possession of the lands necessary in said Acquisition and Improvement. I hereby certify that the foregoing kesolution is a full, true and correct copy of Resulution of Award No. 2173 duly introduced and regularly passed by the City Council of the the 3rd day of March, 1930, AYES, TRUSTEES: NOES, TRUSTEES: ABSENT., TRUSTEES: City of Santa Ana at a regular meeting thereof held on by the follow lng vote, to-wit: J.L.McBride, ~.J.Kelly, Homer C.
