RESOLUTION OVERRULING PR~TESTS 0R OBJECTIONS TO <br />ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING <br />TP~E STREET SUP~INTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND <br /> RECORD <br /> <br />NO. 2160o <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, did on the 22nd day of Jul <br /> 1929, pass Resolution of Intention No. 2113 for the improvement of portions of Ross <br /> Street and Santa Clara Avenue; and whereas, on the 2nd day of January, 19J0, the Super- <br /> intendent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum due for the work <br /> performed and specified in the contract made under proceedings for the said improvement, <br /> which assessment diagram was approved by the City Council of said City on the 23rd day of <br /> December, 1929. <br /> <br /> AND, WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha has given notice required by <br />law, in which notice January 20, 1930, at the hour of 7:30 o~clock P.M. was fixed as the <br />time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where any and <br />all persons interested in the said work might be heard; and whereas, no person aggrieved <br />has filed with the City Council a written objection to said assessment as required by <br />law; and whereas, at the time s~t for hearing protests or objections the City Council <br />of said City proceeded to hear the same, and all of said protests or objections to said <br />assessment or the work done having been heard, it is hereby; <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana that all of the said <br />protests or objections against said assessment or the work done under said proceedings <br />be, and the same are hereby overruled and denied and the assessment be affirmed, and <br />that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to attach to said assessment <br />a warrant in the form and manner required by law, and shall record the same in the office <br />of said Superintendent of Streets. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed <br />by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at a regular meeting thereof held on the 20~ <br />day of January, 1930, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> ~YES, TBUSTEES: J.L.McBride, Homer C. Chaney, Stanley E. Goode, <br /> F.L.Purinton. <br /> <br />NOES, TRUSTEES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT,TRUSTEES: W. J. Kelly <br /> <br />(SEAL). <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> E. L.
