RESOLUTION NO. 2178 IN THE ~J~TTER OF THE ACQUISITI0~ AND II.?PROVE~SNT .DISTRICT NO. Z OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA. RESOLUTION ORDERING ISSUANCE OF ACQUISITION BONDS ~EEEAS, on the 10th day of March, 19~0, this City Council adopted a Resolution fixing the time and place for hearing upon the issuance of bonds against the lands in the Assessment District in Acquisition and Improvement District No. 3 of the City of Santa Ana for the purpose of obtaining the ~ount required to pay the interlocutory Jud~uents in the action brought to condemn the property sought to be taken, all costs and expenses chargeable to the plaintiff in said ~ction, and all incidental expenses incurred in the proceeding for the above nmmed district, and for the purpose of furnishing an opportunity to al! persons interested to be heard upon any of the matters upon which they are given the right to be heard snd present objections under Section 38 of the Acquisition and ImprSve~ent Act of 19~; and WHEREAS, on the 24th day of ~arch, 1950, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.~. at the Council Chamber of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, being the time and place so fixed, the said hearing was taken up and all of said matters having been fully heard and all objections made having been fully con- sidered, and a full, fair and impartial hearing having been accorded to all persons presenting written and oral objections or protests, and evidence having been received upon said matters; snd ~,~EREAS, it appears from the affidavits on file with the Clerk of this City Council that notice of said hearing has been duly and regularly published and posted as ordered and required by law; NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED; That the City Council of the City of Santa Aha finds, determines and orders as follows, to-wit: 1. That notice of the day, hour and place of the hearing upon the issuance of bonds for the purpose above stated has been duly and regularly pub- lished and posted in the manner required by law. 2. That all of the acts, determinations and proceedings heretofore had and taken in the Natter of Acquisition and Improvement District No. ~ of the City of Santa Ana are regular and in all respects sufficient, and that all protest and objections regarding the same and to the issuance of said bonds are hereb~ overruled and denied. 3. That the public necessity and convenience require, and it is hereby ordered that bonds of the said district shall be issued in the total sum of Sixty-six Thousand Nine Hund~ed Sixty-three and ~5/100 Dollars ($88~98~.~8) for the purposes above recited, and the City Treasurer of the City of Santa Ana is hereby ordered to issue bonds of the said district, designated "Series DD", in the said a~gregate principal sum of Sixty-six Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-three and ~5/100 Dollars (~08,903.48), dated the day this Resolution was adopted, all in the manner and form provided in the Acquisition and Improvement Act of 1925, and in further accordance with the provisions for said bonds contained in ~the Resolution of Intention adopted in the ~atter of said Acquisition and Improvement
