RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING THE STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH W~RANT AND RECORD NO. 2206 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha dig, on the 1Vth day of March, 1930, pass Resolution of Intention No. 2177, for the improvement of portions of Fairlawn Street and Eighth Street; and whereas, on the 5rd day of June, 19~0, the Superintendent of Streets of said City filed au assessment to cover the sum due for the work performed a~d specified in the contract made under proceedings for the said improvement, which assessment diagram was approved by the City Council of said City on the 26th day of May, 1930. AND, WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha has given notice as required by law, in which notice June 28rd, 1950, at the hour of 7:50 o%lock Pe M. was fixed as the time and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where~auy and all persons interested in the said work might be heard; and whereas, no person aggrieved has filed with the City Council a written object- ion to said assessment as required by law; and whereas at the time set for hearing protests or objections the City Counci~ of said City proceeded to hear the same, and all of said protests or objections to said assessment or the work done having been heard, it is hereby; RESOLVED, by th~ City Council of the City of Santa Aha that all of the said protests or objections against said assessment or the work done under said proceedings be, and the same are hereby overruled and denied and the assessment ve affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, an~he is hereby directed to attach to said assessment a warrant in the form and m~rdler required by law, and shall record the same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Was duly and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Santa ~, at an adjourned regula~ meeting of said City Council held on the 2~rd day of June, 1950, by the following stated vote: AYES, TRUSTEES: J.
