RESOLUTION NO. 59-183 PROVIDING ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION ~OR THE <br /> INCUMB~T DErUTY CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the posit&on of Deputy City Attorney h~s been established and Ronald Harold Bevins ~ been employed as <br /> <br />Deputy City Attorney of the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the position has been assigned a schedule number in the Salary Schedule and is now t~e desire of the <br /> <br />Comncil to increase the monthly salary of the present incumbent without presently making any chang~ in the schedule <br /> <br />nu~oer or step assigned to said position on the S~lary Sched~_le; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That in addition to the regular salary paid to Ronsld Harold Bevins each month <br /> <br />under the provisions of Resolution No. 58-213, he shall receive the sum of $100.OO each month to ha paid in the same <br /> <br />manner, at the ssme time, and by the same instrmment as his reg~ular salary presently provided for b D~ Resolution <br /> <br />~No. 58-213 is paid, and that this Resolution shall tske effect and this adai~zenal s~L o~ paid from ~he 1st day of <br />July, 1959. <br /> <br /> PASSED ;~D ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa &ua at its regular n~eting held on ~he 6th d~' of <br />July, 1959. <br /> <br />~TEST: Dale H.
