RESOLUTION NO. 59-1~6 DECLARING INTENTION TO <br />ESTABLISH FUTURE 'RIGHT OF WAY LINES ALONG HAZARD <br />AVENUE AND SUGAR AVENUE <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana declares its <br />lines under the designation of <br />follows: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Corm~ission has recontmended that <br />setback lines to be known as"Future Right of Way Lines" as herein- <br />below described, be established. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br /> intention to establish such setback <br /> "Future Right of Way Lines", as <br /> <br /> (f) Hazard Avenue,on both sides, between Harbor Boulevard <br /> and Ward Street, 42 feet from the surveyed center <br /> line measured at right angles. <br /> <br /> (g) Sugar Avenue, on both sides, between Harbor Boulevard <br /> and Ward Street, 42 feet from the surveyed center <br /> line measured at right angles. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That ?:30 P.M. on the l?th day of <br />August, 19~9, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 3rd and ~_ain <br />Streets, Santa Ana, California, is hereby established as the hou~ <br />and place when all person~ having any objection to the establishment <br />of said proposed Future Right of Way Lines may appear and be heard. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is dir- <br />ected to publish a copy of this Resolution once in the Register, <br />snd the Department of Public Works is directed to post copies of <br />this Resolution along said streets in front of each block, or part <br />of block, of any street where such lines are proposed to be estab- <br />lished.
