BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLI.0WS: That bonds shall be issued upon the security of
<br />said unpaid assessments to said amount of Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred and 64/100
<br />Dollars ($15,700.64).

<br />1931, and bear interest at the rate of six per cent (6~) per annum, and the denomination

<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the signature of the Treasurer of said City upon
<br />the coupons attached to said bonds shall be a lithographed or printed signature in place
<br />of a signature by hand; and
<br />
<br /> BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City of Santa Aha be and he
<br />is hereby authorized and directed to deliver forthwith the bonds herein above enumerated,
<br />to the contractors, Ed Johnson & Sons, in satisfaction of the balance due upon the
<br />assessment and diagram.

<br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed
<br />by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at an adjourned regular meeting thereof,
<br />held on the 8th day of September, 1931, by the following vote, to-wit:
