RESOLUTION NO. 59-203 DECLARIi~G INTENTION TO ESTABLISH FYTURE RIC-HT-0F-W--~ LINES ALONG BOT~ SIDES OF RAITT STREET BETWEEN FIFTH ST~[EET AND DELHI ROAD WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that set- back lines to be known as "Future Right-of-Way Lines", as herein- below described, be established; NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana declares its intention to establish said P~ture Right-of-Way Lines~ as follows: (h) Raitt Street On both sides between ~ifth Street and ~cFadden Avenue, measured 42 feet from and at right an~les to the survey center line. On the west side between HcFadden Avenue and Delhi Road, measured 42 feet from and at right angles to the survey center line. On the east side between HcFadden Avenue and Edinger street, measured 29 feet from and at right angles to the survey center line. On the east side between Edinger Street and a point 1313.87 feet south of the survey center line of Edinger Street, measured 34 feet from and at right angles to the survey center line. On the east side between a point 1313.~7 feet south of the survey center line of Edinger Street and Delhi Road, measured 42 feet from and at right angles to the survey center line. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That ~:30 P. ~. on the 8th day of September, 1959~ in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 3rd and ~ain Street's, Santa ina, California, is hereby established as the hour and place when all persons having any objection to the estab- lisl~ment of said proposed Future Right-of-Way Lines may appear and be heard. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is directed to publish a copy of this Resolution once in the Register, and the Department of Public Works is directed to post copies of this Resolution alonE said street in front of each block or part of' block where such lines are proposed to be established. Both publication smd posting shall be completed at least ten days before
