WHEREAS, LOLITA ~i. ~,~;{0NE~YY has presented to the city a deed dated July 29, 19~9, ~ranting an easer~ent for street purposes on the :~Iest side of 1,~orth i.iain Street, immediately South of Buffalo, numbered 2140 i~. ~,,[ain; and WHEREAS, the P0~'HE 0IL CO~.~PAi,L~, a corpors, tion, has presented to the City a deed granting a 10-foot Seventeenth Street, 1~1 feet alongi!i or geon Street, together with a spandrel of the corner; ~nd strip along the South side of i just immediately East of Spur- shaped parcel, for the rounding ~[~EREAS, A~TTON H. SEGERSTROM, ET AL have presented to the City a deed dated August 3, 19~9, granting all vehicular access rights from /O~/ property at the Southwest comer of Bristol Street and an unnamed street for vf~ich the name of ~'Segerstrom Street"has been proposed; and V~qEP~AS, ROSE A. d~i.RD~f ALLAN P. CARS~ENS~.~, VERN JENKINS, and /~ BEATRIC~ BESSER have each presented to the City a quit claim deed, /o ~ eac~ dated July 10, 19~9 qultclai~ing any interest in the area of ~ ~ the street widening on the z;ast side of North Main Street, iz~ediately North of Washington Avenue; to satisfy the requirements ofthe ~ity's modification of escrow instructions with the owner; and ~AS, the City is pa~ng no cash consideration to any of said grantors; NOW, ~E~F0~, ~ IT RESOLVED: ~at the City accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Accept~ce upon them.
