M. ~ller~ <br /> 15112 Newhope - Mailed <br /> 1651 Comstock, LA 24 <br /> c: Public Works <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 59-216 GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLICATION <br />NO. ll61 WITHOUT IMPOSING ALL CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on <br />notice on Variance Application No. ll61 filed by Robert.~l~e?~ <br />and recommended said Variance be adopted on certain conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council after considering the same agrees <br />with the recommendation and finds that one of the recommended condi- <br />tions should be deleted; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a Variance is hereby <br />granted to affect property described as: <br /> <br /> The South 139 feet of the West 150 feet of the Northwest <br /> one quarter of the Northwest one quarter of the Northeast <br /> one q~arter of Section 16, Township 5 South, Range l0 West, <br /> San Bernardino Base and Meridian, <br /> <br />to permit the construction of a three-unit dwelling, and the paving <br />of a parking area, in an R-1 District upon the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That the development be in accordance with the plot plan <br />in the file of the Planning Department. <br /> <br /> 2. That all driveways and parking areas be asphalted, and <br />that parking stalls be properly marked. <br /> <br /> 3. That a ten-foot circular driveway be installed running <br />East on the North line of Lot 31, and swinging South to the South <br />line of the same lot, and continuing out to Newhope. <br /> <br /> 4. That owner dedicate to the City street easement across <br />the full width of the property 42 feet wide, measured Easterly and <br />at right angles from the center line of Newhope Street. <br /> <br /> 5- That owner dedicate to the City s_ll vehicular access <br />rights from said p~operty to Newhope Street, except at driveway, <br />sp proximately 20 feet wide, centered on the North property line of <br />Lot 108-270-30; that owner improve the Newhope Street frontage by <br />the installation of curb and gutter and sidewalks, all to City <br />standards. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the recommended 18 feet of <br />paving in front of said property is not required at this time. <br /> <br /> <br />
