J. and J. R. Adam~, No. 1154, <br />and recommended to the City Council that the Variaace be denied; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council after consideration and hearing the <br />parties interested, has determined that said Variance should be <br />granted, on conditions; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Variance is hereby <br />granted to affect the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County <br />of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Parcel l: Lot Two of Tract No. 81, Shaw & Russell,s~Sunnyside <br /> Addition as shown on a M~p recorded in Book 10, Page 31 of <br /> Niscellaneous Naps, Records of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> Excepting therefrom the South 6.23 feet as conveyed to the <br /> City of Santa Ana by deed recorded June 17th, 1922 in Book <br /> 429, Page 13 of Deeds. <br /> <br /> Parcel 2. The Westerly half of the alley adjoining said <br /> Parcel I on the East abandoned by Order of the Board of <br /> Trustees of the City of Santa Ana July 20th, 1925, a cert- <br /> ified 9opy of which Order was recorded July 22nd, 1925 in <br /> Book 2b, Page 253 of Miscellaneous Records, <br /> <br />to permit the construction of a five-unit apartment on the rear of <br />said property known and numbered as 933 Cypress Street, Santa Aha, <br />California, in an R-1 District adjacent to an R-2 District, on the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the owner replace broken sidewalk on Cypress Street. <br />2. That, before any building permit is issued or any building <br />started, the owners enter into an agreement with the City of Santa <br />Ana, agreement to be acknowledged by the owners, providing that the <br />existing old structure, a ~ngle family residence on the front of <br />s~d property, be removed within five years from the issuance of a <br />building permit for the construction of said five-unit apartment, <br />and agreeing that in event said old single family dwelling str~cture, <br />its foundations and all parts thereof have not been moved within <br />s~ d five-year period, the City is granted the right to enter upon <br />the land with its agents, employees, or private contractor employed <br /> <br /> <br />
