RESOLUTION NO. 59-219 DECLARING INTENTION TO ESTABLISH <br />FUTURE RIGHT-OF-WAY LINES ALONG BOTH SIDES OF PORTIONS <br />OF NEWHOPE STREET AND SMELTZER AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after hearing on notice, <br />held August 10, 1959, has recommended that Future Right-of-Way Lines <br />be established as hereinbelow described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City C~ncil of the <br />City of Santa Aha declares its intention to establish setback lines <br />under the designation of Future Right-of-Way Lines, as follows: <br /> <br /> (i) Newhope Street <br /> <br /> On both sides between the proposed Garden Grove Freeway <br /> and Slater Avenue, measured 42 feet from and at right <br /> angles to the survey center line. <br /> <br /> (J) Smeltzer Avenue <br /> <br /> On both sides, between Harbor Boulevard and Ward Street, <br /> measured 52 feet from and at right angles to the survey <br /> center line. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 P.M. on the 21st day of <br />September, 1959, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 3rd and Main <br />Streets, Santa Aha, California, is hereby established as the hour and <br />place when all persons having any objection to the establishment of <br />said proposed Future Right-of-Way Lines may appear and be heard. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is dir- <br />ected to publish a copy of this Resolution once in The Register, and <br />the Department of Public Works is directed to post copies of this <br />Resolution along said streets in front of each block or part of block <br />where such lines are proposed to be established.
