RESOLUTION NO. 59-222 EXPRESSING REGRET AT THE RESI~AIVON OF RONALD HAROLD BEVINS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, RC~ALD HAROLD BEVXNS was appointed as Deputy City Atterney of the City of Santa Aha, California on <br />April 1, 1958, has since served in 'such capacity with the City, and has now given notice of his intention to resign <br />from said position on the 21st day of August, 1959, to tske a new position;and <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, during the period of his e~plo~ent the City has been involved in several unusual technical and cbmplex <br />~ ~1 actions which have made necessary considerable research, briefing and presentation in the various Courts of the <br />State; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during said period he has rendered valuable service to the City, has developed and matured to the point <br />where he is now a valued employee; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby expresses to Ronald Harold <br />Bevins its regret at his departure from City service to accept ~n advancement in position, and expresses to him the <br />best wishes of the City Council and the employees of the City throughout the future of his professional li£e~ <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by ~he City Council at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of August, 1959. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> A.
