RESOLUTION NO. 59-227 AMEI~DING SECTION 3 OF HESOLUTION NO. 58-281 '" WHEREA~, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and adopted Resolution No. 58-281 revising and establishing the Basic Compensation Plan for employees of the City of Santa Aha; and WHEREAS, because of resignation from the City service, the change in prevailing wage standards for the class titles herein- below provided for, and to p~ovide a competitive wage for recruit- ment of new personnel, the following changes have been determined to be necessary. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281 is hereby amended to change the Schedule No. allocated to the class titles next hereinbelow, and the salary and wage schedule set opposite the class title in each case shall be effective for such class title on the dates of effectiveness hereinbelow provided, as follows: CLASS TITLE Deputy City Attorney Director of Personnel BE IT FURTHER ~ESOLVED: That this SCHEDULE NO. ,40 ame~lment shall take effect as to the position of Director of Personnel on August l, 1959, and as to Deputy City Attorney on Septe~er l, 1959.
