RESOLUTION NO. 59-235 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DEED TO PROPERTY AT THE S U~HWEST CORNER 0~~ WALNUT AND ARTESIA STREETS WHEREAS, heretofore the City of Sauta Aha acquired several lots which were necessary to cut Walnut Street through between Dai~sy and Artesia, and after the development of Walnut Street there remained on the South side thereof a strip of land 18 feet wide, reduced by spsndrel corners at the intersections, which was not necessary for street purposes, and the property hereinbelow des- cribed was sold on a purchase contract to William and Virginia Guz~ and WHEREAS, said purchasers have now made md completed all of their ps~ments in accordance with said agreement, and are now entitled to a deed fr~n the City conveying said property to them; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the _~s~or a~d the Clerk of the Council are hereby directed to execute a deed in the name of the CITY OF SANTA ANA to WILLIAM GUZMAN and VIRGINIA GUZMA~N, conveying to them, in a manner to vest title as they may direct, certain property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: The South 18.00 feet of Lot 14 in Block B of Tract 233, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 13, Page 9, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California. Excepting therefrom that portion of said South 18.00 feet lying within a spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded northerly by the north line of said South 18.00 feet; bounded easterly by the East lines of Lots 14 and 16 in said Block B; bounded southwesterly by the arc of a curve concave southwesterly, having a radius of 25.00 feet, and ta~ gent to said northerly and easterly boundaries.
