Pub.Wks. <br /> <br /> CONCEENING STOP INTERSECTION A~D MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH~ <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED~ THAT pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code, <br />Section 472, and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201, the City declares <br />that portion <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 54-79 adopted on the 7th day of June 1954 ordering to stop through <br />traffic on Santiago Way eastbound, at the west side of Santiago Street, which <br />is entering the on-ramp to the Santa Aha Freeway, heading south, is hereby repealed <br />and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause the <br />signs to be removed. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED$ /hat pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle <br />Code, Section 471.1 and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Section 3201, traffic regulations <br />are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br />"YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY" signs designating Penn Way traffic entering Santa Aha Freeway <br />on-ramp to "YIELD" to Santiago Street, and the Director of Public Works is hereby <br />directed to install these signs to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting <br /> <br />he~ on the .., 8th <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE )SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk <br /> <br />day of September ,1959 <br /> <br />of the Council of the <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana; and that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced to <br /> <br />said Council at its regular meeting held on the 8th day of September <br /> <br />1959, and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, <br /> <br />to-wit; <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN <br />NOES, COUNCILMEN <br /> <br />Royal E.
