410 an action in the name of the City of Santa Ana in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Orange, for the condemnation of the property necessary to be taken as hereinabove described, and do all things necessary to prosecute said action to final determination. That the public interest and necessity require, and it is hereby ordered that the City of Santa Aha, plaintiff in the said condemnation action, take immediate possession and use of the property herein ordered to be acquired, ~oon complying with the requirements of law applicable thereto, and that the said City Attorney report to this City Council the amounts of money required therefor, as soon as the same can be ascertained, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to draw a warrant or warrants for such amount as may be determined by the above mentioned court as necesss~y to authorize the immediate possession of said property by the City of Santa Aha.
