Bradfo~r~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing the Planning Commission found that all <br />the Justifications for the granting of a vari~ce on Application No. <br />llT1 did exist, and recommended that the City Council grant the same <br />on certain conditions, and the City Council finds that one of the <br /> <br />conditions should be modified; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a variance is hereby <br /> <br />granted to permit the location of a trailer park on property in the <br /> <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> ~Commencing with the N. W. Corner of the land deeded December <br /> 9, 1876, from H. H. Roper to C. G. Linington et al; by deed <br /> recorded in Book 52, Page 233, Deeds of Record, L. A. County, <br /> California, running thence West 19.15 chains; thence Souther- <br /> ly 8.36 chains; thence East 19.15 chains; thence North 8.36 <br /> chains to the point of beginning.
