MODIFYING CONDITIONS REC05H~ENDED BY THE <br />PLANNING C0}~ISSI ON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing the Planning Commission recommended <br />that Variance on Application No. 1176 be granted, on conditions, <br />and the Council agrees, but has determined that one condition should <br />be modified; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a Variance is granted <br />to permit the establishment of a trailer park on property at the <br />Northeast corner of Jackson and Washington Streets on property as <br />described in said Variauce Application, now classified as an R-1 <br />District, on the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That the owner dedicate a 30-foot street easement for <br />Jackson Street and improve said 30-foot easement to City standards <br />along the property involved in this Variance. <br /> <br /> 2. That the owner's engineer provide a ~unoff study in- <br />dicating the method by which this ~r operty will handle storm water <br />presently being turned onto the p/operty from railroad trestle <br />immediately north of this trailer park site. <br /> <br /> 3. That the owner provide sanitary sewer facilities to <br />meet with the sp proval of the Department of Public Works. <br /> <br /> 4. That all engineering for the above improvement by the <br />owner's engineer be submitted to the Department of Public Works <br />for approval. <br /> <br /> 5. That the owner dedicate to the City a 20-foot sewer and <br />water easement for sewage disposal on the south side of the property <br />involved in this varia~ ce. <br /> <br /> 6. That the development be according to building plot pla~, <br />including the chain link fence on the north side. <br /> <br /> 7. That no trailer site be less than 24oo square feet in <br /> <br />area. <br /> <br /> That thi~ Variance applies to property described as: <br /> <br /> <br />
