RESOLUTi0i; N0. 2498 R!SOLUTION ESTABLISIEING FREIGttT LOAD!~[G ZONES LR~[DER SECTION 9, OF ORDINANCE NO. 1030. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF ~IE CITY OF S~TA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030, of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the use of Public Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare that the following curbs along the public highways in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted yellow as provided in Sub- division "ti" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curbs to be painted yellow as follows, to-wit: THIRD STREET On the South side between Zain Street and Bush Street, located as follows: The Easterly 55 feet of the Westerly 101 feet.
