Evergreen <br />c: Planning, Pub Wks~ Bldg <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 59-263 SUPPLEMENTING RESOLUTION NO. <br />59-251 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reconnnended approval of <br />Variance Application No. ll81, in part, and denial in part, and <br />the City Council adopted Resolution No. 59-251, granting a portion <br />of said Variance and continued consideration of the remainder to <br />October 5, 1959; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the recommendation of <br />the Planning Commission is overruled and the construction of a one- <br />story triplex is permitted, but the recommendation of the Planning <br />Commission, recommending denial of the garage apartment, is approved <br />and no garage apartment shall be pemitted.
