Pacific <br /> d ~ ~ Planning~ P~b Wks~ Bu~ldin$ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 59-264 GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLICATION <br />NO. ll64 BY MODIFYING CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing, the Planning Commission recommended <br />that Variance Application No. ll64 should be granted, and the City <br />Council concurs, but has determined to modify the conditions imposed. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE I~ RESOLVED: That the Variance as recommend- <br />ed in S~ta Ana Planning Commission Resolution Noo 5249 is hereby <br />granted to permit the location of one additional single-family dwell- <br /> <br />lng on property located at the Northwest corner of Eighth end Pacific, <br /> <br />the lot size being 100 feet North to South, ~d 143.26 Feet East to <br /> <br />West, on the ~llowing conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the rear yard is reduced to 15 feet. <br /> <br />2. That the residences be at least 15 feet apart. <br /> <br />That the owner dedicate all vehicular access rights from <br />the property to Eighth Street. <br /> <br />That the owner dedicate to the City of S~ta Aha a street <br />easement across the full width of the property, for the <br />widening of Eig!~th Street, said easement being 42 feet <br />from the center line of Eighth Street, measured northerly <br />and at right angles, and a spandrel shaped parcel at the <br />southeast corner of said property, the curve to be on a <br />25-foot radius. <br /> <br />That a driveway of asphalt or concrete to a carport or <br />a second garage be provided, and the driveway approach <br />installed. <br /> <br />6.
