RESOLUTION NO. h9-2o~ DECLARING INTENTION TO ESTABLISH <br />FUTURE RIGHT OF-WAY-LINES ALONG BOTH SIDES OF HARBOR <br />BOULEVARD BETWEEN PROPOSED GARDEN GROVE FREEWAY AND PRO- <br />POSED SAN DIEGO FREEWAY, SIXTY FEET FROM CENTER LINE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after public hearing held <br />September 14, 1959, has recommended that future right-of-way lines <br />be established as hereinbelow set out: <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa ADa declares its intention to establish setback lines <br /> <br />under the designation of Future Right-of-Way Lines, as follows: (m) Harbor Boulevard. <br /> On both sides, between proposed Garden Grove Freeway <br /> and proposed San Diego Freeway, measured 60 feet from <br /> and at right angles to the surveyed center line. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 P.M. on the 2nd day of <br />November, 1959, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 3rd and Main <br />Street, Santa Ana, California, is hereby established as the hour <br />and place when all persons having any objection to the establishment <br />of said future right-of-way lines may appear and be heard. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURT~ER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is <br />directed to publish a copy of this Resolution once in the Register <br />and the Department of Public Works is directed to post copies of <br />this Resolution along said streets in front of each block, or part <br />thereof, where such lines are proposed to be established.
