P~rcel 4: Au easement for the construction of revetments
<br />adjacent to and a part of Santa Ana Boulevard upon that certain real
<br />property described as follows, to-wit:

<br />Ssnta Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as per map thereof
<br />recorded in Book 19, page 16 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
<br />Orange County, C~lifornia, more particularly described as follows:
<br />
<br /> Beginning at a point in the East line of said Lot "~" North 0o 45'
<br /> East 66.55 feet from the Southeast corner of said Lot; thence North
<br /> 0o 45' East along the East line of Lot "Y"~ 36.88 feet to a point;
<br />thenc~ North 88? 40~ 04" West to the West line of Lot "¥"; thence South
<br /> 0o 45' West along'the West line of Lot "¥", 45.V4 feet to a point
<br /> which is North 0o 45' East 64.10 feet from the Southwest corner of
<br /> Lot "Y";t~n~e~N~rth~840~9~$~,~East 80.41 feet to the point of
<br /> beginning.

<br /> Parcel 5: An easement for the construction of slopes and
<br />revetments adjacent to and a part of Santa Ana Boulevard upon that
<br />certain real property described as follows, to-wit:

<br /> All of that portion of Lot ll in Block "D" of Tract No. 512,
<br />in the City of Santa AUa, County of Orange, State of California, as
<br />per map thereof recorded in Boek 19, page 16 of Miscellaneous Maps,
<br />Records of Orange County, California, lying East of the Northeast
<br />right of way line of the Santa Aha Boulevard, except the following
<br />described parcel:
<br />
<br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot ll; running
<br />thence South 86° 44' West 236.56 feet to an intersection with the
<br />South line of Lot ll with the Northeasterly right of way line of
<br />the Santa Ana Boulevard; thence Northwesterly along the said North-
<br />easterly right of way line a distance of 42.30 feet to a point;
<br />thence North 79° 22' East 201.00 feet to a point; thence North 84°
<br />59' 30" East 63.40 feet to a point on the East line of Lot ll
<br />distant North OO 45' East 64.10 feet from the Southeast corner of
<br />said Lot ll; thence South OO 45' West 64.10 feet along the said
<br />East line of said Lot ll to the point of beginning.

<br />SECTION 2: That the said City Council of the City of Santa Ana does
<br />
<br />hereby further resolve and declare that the lots, lands and premises to be
<br />
<br />affected by the closing up and abandonment of said easements for said slopes and
<br />
<br />revetments in said street~ and benefitted by said improvement are described as
<br />
<br />being that certain real property situate in the City of santa Ana, County of
<br />
<br />Orange, ~tate of California, described as follows, to-wit:
<br />
<br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner of Block "C"~ Tract No.
<br />512, as per map thereof recorded in Book 19, Page 16, of
<br />Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California; thence
<br />South to an intersection with the South line of Lot 27, Potts,
<br />Borden and Sidwell Trhct, as per map thereof recorded in Book 4~
<br />Page 624 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California;
<br />thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said Lot 27 to an inter-
<br />section with the Northeasterly right of way line of Santa Ana
<br />Boulevard; thence Northwesterly along said right of way line to an
<br />intersection with the Southerly line of Roe Drive; thence Easterly
<br />along the Southerly line of Roe Drive to the point of beginning.
<br />
<br /> That the public work herein provided for is the closing up and abandon-
<br />ment of that portion of Santa Aha Boulevard and its slopes and revetments describ~
<br />
<br />in Section 1 of this Resolution, and it appearing to the City CoUncil that there
<br />
<br />will be no costs, damages or expenses occasioned thereby or arising out of said
<br />work and improvement, no assessment is intended to be made upon any of said
<br />property in said district.
<br />
<br /> SECTION 3: That the proceedings for the closing up of the aforesaid
<br />street shall be had and taken under snd in accordance with an Act of the Legislat~
<br />of the State of California, designated and known as "An Act to Provide for Laying
<br />Out, Opening, Extending, Widening, Straightening or Closing up in Whole or in Part
<br />
<br />of any Street, Square, Lane, Alley, Court or Place within Municipalities, to
<br />condemn and Acquire any and all Land and Property Necessary or Convenient for
<br />that Purpose," approved March 6th, 1889, and amendments ~hereto.

<br />SEC~ION 4: That the Street Superintendent shall cause to be conspicuous~
