RESOLUTION N0. 2519 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS UND~ER <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1030. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2486 of the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana, dated the 5th day of October, 1936, pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle <br />Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. <br />1030 of the City of Santa Ana,~entitled "An 0rdinauce Regulating the Use of Public <br />Highways Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council did declare <br />that the following curbs along the public highways in the City of Santa Aha shall <br />be painted yellow as provided in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No <br />1030, and the City Engineer.was thereby directed to cause said curb to be painted <br />as above described on the following curbs, to-wit: <br /> <br /> SYCAMORE STREET <br /> <br /> On the East side between Third and Fourth Streets, located as follows: <br /> <br /> The South.20 feet of the North 227 feet. <br /> <br /> BROADWAY <br /> <br /> On the East side between Fourth and Third Streets, located as follows: <br /> <br /> The South 9 feet of the North 233 feet. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon and eliminate <br />certain freight loading zones as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing freight loading zones <br />are hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause the paint <br />on said curbs to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its <br />regular meeting held on the 19th day of April, 1937. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ..
