SECTION 6: NOTICE OF EXAMINATIONS <br /> Notice of time, place and general scope of every examination shall be posted by the Civil <br />conspicuous place, in its office, at the City Hall; at the office of the Chief of the Fire Departm <br />Police Department, not less than two weeks prior to such e~r*mination. <br /> <br /> SECTION 7: SELECTION AND PROMOTION <br /> The Civil Service Board shall .formulate rules and regulations governing the selection and p: <br /> bets of the Fire Department and Pohce Department.
