RESOLUTION NO. 59-273 ACCEPTING DEED WHERE THE CITY <br />IS PAYING CASH ~RATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, J~a single man, a~d EDWARD J. <br />COSTELLO, a single man, have presented to the City a deed dated <br />October 9, 19%9, granting an easement for street purposes for <br />the widening of Seventeenth Street east of Tustin Avenue, over <br />property as described in said deed, and subject to certain con- <br />ditions as covered in Escrow Instructions, Escrow No. 43874-0, <br />with the Security Title Company; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City is paying to the parties named above the <br />cash consideration of $3,759.00 for said easement; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said <br />deed and directs Hugh H.
