11 <br /> <br /> RESOEUTION NO. 2569 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LI~ITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1050. <br /> <br />BE IT RES0~VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, hy Resolution No. 2486 of the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana, dated the 5th day of October, 1936, pursuant to the provisions of the <br />Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating <br />the Use of Public Highways Within Said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City <br />Council did declare that the following curbs along the public highways in the <br />City of Santa Ana shall be painted yellow as provided in Subdivision "h" of <br />Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer was thereby directed <br />to cause said curb to be painted as above described on the follow~ ng curbs, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> MAIN STREET <br /> <br /> On the Eest side between Fourth and Fifth Streets, located as follows: <br /> <br /> The Southerly 29 feet of the Northerly 179 feet. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing freight loading zone <br />is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause the <br />paint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That pursuant to said Ordinance No. 1030, the <br />following curb along the public highway in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted <br />Yellow, as provided in Subdivision "h" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, <br />and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted Yellow, <br />as follows; to-wit: <br /> <br /> MAIN STREET <br /> <br /> On the East side between Fourth and Fifth Streets, located as follows: <br /> <br /> The Southerly 29 feet of the Northerly 200 feet. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOEVED that pursuant to said Ordinance No. 1030, the <br />following curb along the public highway in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted <br />Red, as provided in Subdivision "e" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and <br />the City Engineer is thereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as above <br />described on the following curbs, to-wit: <br /> <br /> MAIN STREET <br /> <br /> On the East side between Fourth and Fifth Streets, located as follows: <br /> <br /> The Southerly 50 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br />regular meeting held on the 6th day of June, 1938. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />E.
