RES0~UTION NO. 2571 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING Lt~ITATIONS L~NDER <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1050. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS F0~OWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2486 of the City Council'of the City of Santa <br />Aha, dated the 5th day of October, 1936, pursusnt to the provisions of the Vehicle <br />Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 <br />of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council did declare that the <br />following curbs along the ~ublic highways in ~he City of Santa Ana shall be painted <br />yellow as provided in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the <br />City Engineer was thereby directed to cause said curbs to be painted as above described <br />on the following curbs, to-wit: <br /> <br /> FIFTH STREET <br /> <br /> On the South side between Broadway and Sycamore Street, located as follows: <br /> <br /> The Easterly 20 feet of the Westerly 65 feet. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing freight loading zone is <br />hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause the paint on said <br />curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to said Ordinance No. 1030, the following <br />curbs along the public highways in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Yellow, as <br />provided in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City <br />Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curbs to be painted Yellow, as follows, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> FIFTH STREET <br /> <br /> On the South side between Broadway and Sycamore Street, located as follows: <br /> <br /> The Easterly 20 feet of the Westerly 30 feet. <br /> <br /> THIP~ STREET <br /> <br /> On the North side between ~ain and Bush Streets, located as follows: <br /> <br /> The Easterly 33 feet of the Westerly 43 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br />regular adjourned meeting held on the Sth day of July, 1938. <br /> <br />Fred C.
