RESOSUTION N0. 2581 RESOLUTI0}I OF TttE CITY COUNCIL 07 THE CITY 0P SANTA ANA ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING 07 AGREE~,~NT FOR EXPENDITURE OF 1/4 CENT GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STREETS OF ~AJOR I~'PORTANCE. WHEREAS, a Nemorandum of Agreement has been presented to be entered into with the State of California in accordance with a project statement for expenditure of the 1/4 cent gas tax for the fiscal year 1909 allocated for Streets of Eajor Importance other than State highways in the City of Santa Ana, and ?~tEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Agreement in full and is familiar with the contents thereof. THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha that s~id project statement be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the 1/4 cent gas tax allocated for than State highways, and said Agreement be and the Nayor and City Clerk are directed to sign the ss me Agreement to be binding upon the City upon its of the State.
