RESOLUTION N0. 2590

<br />RESOEUTION AUTHORIZING THE CANCELLATION OF TAXES
<br /> ON CITY OWNED PROPERTY.
<br />
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Sauta Ana:
<br />
<br /> That the taxes levied on behalf of the City of Santa Ana, together with all
<br />penalties and costs, if any attached thereto, and as hereinafter particularly itemized
<br />are hereby directed to be cancelled by the officer in charge of the records of such
<br />taxes in accordance with Chapter 252 of the Statutes of 1925, and the City Clerk is
<br />hereby directed to file a petition with the Board of Supervisors of the County of
<br />Orange requesting an order caucelling all taxes levied against said property.
<br />
<br /> The said taxes and the property upon which the same are assessed, are
<br />itemized as follows:
