RESOLUTION NO. ~9-282 DECLARING INTENTION TO ESTABLISH <br />FUTURE RIGHT OF WAY LINES ALONG WILLITS-BISHOP STREET, <br />DELHI ROAD AND CHESTNUT AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS~ the Plannimg Commission~ after public hearing~ <br /> <br />has <br /> <br />recommended that future right of way lines be established as here- <br /> <br />inbelow set out; <br /> <br />NOW~ TNEREFORE,'BE IT RE~0LVED: That the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Santa Ana declares its intention to establish Setback <br /> <br />lines under the designation of Future Right of Way Lines~ as follows: <br /> <br />(p) Willits - Bishop street <br /> <br /> On both sides~ between proposed Fairview Street and <br /> Standard Avenue, measured 42 feet from and at right angles <br />· to the survey center line. <br /> <br />(q) Delhi Road <br /> <br /> On both sides~ between Harbor Boulevard and proposed <br />Fairview Street, 52 feet measured from and at right angles <br />to the'survey center line. <br /> <br /> On both sides, between proposed Fairview Street and <br />Rene Drive~ 59 feet measured from and at right angles to <br />the survey center line. <br /> <br /> On the north side~ between Rene Drive and Bristol <br />St~eet:$ %2 feet measured from and at right angles to the <br />survey center line. <br /> <br /> On the south side~ between Rene Drive and Bristol <br />Street, 60 feet measured from and at right angles to the <br />survey center line. <br /> <br /> On the north side between Bristol Street and Standard <br />Avenue, 40 feet measured from and at right angles to the <br />survey center line. <br /> <br /> On the.south side between Bristol Street and Standard <br />Avenue~ 54 feet measured from and at right angles to the <br />survey center line. <br /> <br /> On both sides between Standard Avenue and proposed <br />Newport Freeway~ ~2 feet measured from and at right angles <br />to the survey center rine. <br /> <br /> On bot~ sides~ between Main Street and the Pacific <br />Electric Ramlroad~ 40 feet measured from and at right <br />angles to the survey center line. <br /> <br /> On the north side, between the Pacific Electric Rail- <br />road and the east City Limits, 32 feet measured from and <br />at right angles to the survey center line. <br /> <br /> On the,south side~ between the Pacific Electric Rail- <br />road and the east City Limits~ 52 feet measured from and <br />at right angles to the survey center line. <br /> <br /> <br />
