RESOLUTION NO. 59-283 DECLARING INTENTION TO ESTABLISH SETBACK LINES A~TIONS OF PROPOSED FAIRVIEW STREET AND McFADDEN AVENUE lines NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: City of Santa Ana hereby declares lines as provided for in Sections Municipal Code as follows: (z) McFadden Avenue WHEREAS~ the Planning Commission has recommended that setback here~described be established; That the City Council of the its intention to establish setback 92~5 through 9258 of the Santa Aha On the north side, between a line parallel with and 252 feet east of the center line of proposed Fairview Street~ and a line parallel with and 650 feet east of the center line of proposed Fairview Street~ 210 feet from the center line of McFadden Avenue, measured at right angles. (aa) Proposed Fairview Street Gm the e~st~de~ between a line parallel to and 254 feet north of the center line of McFadden Avenue and a line parallel to and 1320 feet north of the center line of McFadden Avenue~ 210 feet from the center line of proposed Fairview Street~ measured at right angles. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 P.M. on the 7th day of December~ 1959~ in the Council Chambers, City Hall~ 3rd and Main Street~ Santa Ana~ California~ is hereby established as the hour and place when all persons having any objection to the establishment of said proposed setback lines may appear and be heard. That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to publish notice of said hearing by publishing a copy of this Resolution once in the Register~ and the~Department of Public Works is directed to post copies of this Resolution along the portions of said streets in front of each block or part thereof where said setback lines are proposed to be established. Not less than three such notices shall be posted. Both publication and posting shall be completed at least ten days before ssid hearing.
