RESOLUTION NO. 2708 RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF TAX DEEDED LOTS BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha: That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do, that this City sell to Herbert Heanes that certain real property belonging to this City, and described as being in the City of Santa Ana, Orange County, California, and particularly described as follows: Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6 of Block "~" in Tract No. 597 and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute a deed to s aid property to Herbert Heanes upon receipt by the City of the sum of Five Hundred aud no/100 Dollars ($500.00) as the full purchase and sale price thereof, and upon this City being able to furnish title tc said property free of delinquent taxes. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of October, 1939. ATTEST: E. L.
