RESOLUTION NO. 2712 RESOLUTION DEDICATING REAL PROPERTY TO STREET PURPOSES BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA AMA: That that certain property hereinafter described, being a portion of Lot 7 of Tract 721, as shown on a map recorded in Book 22, page 4 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, now owned in fee sinple by the City of Santa Ana be and the same is hereby dedicated as a public highway to be known a s "Owens Drive" and to constitute a portion of Owens Drive as the same now exists adjacent thereto. The said portion of said Lot V is described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of Lot 7 of "Tract No. 721", as shown on a Map recorded in Book 22, page 4, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, said point bearing South 88o 28' West 242.01 feet from the Northeast corner of said Lot Seven (7); Thence from said point of beginning runuing Southwesterly along a curve concave to the Southeast and having a radius of 250 feet, (a radial line passing through said point of beginning bears South 50° 25' East) through a central angle of 19° 48', a distance of 86.39 feet to a point tangent with a curve concave to the Northwest, and having a radius of 200 feet, (a radial line passing through said tangent poLut bears North 50§ 13' West); Thence Southwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 50° 26' a distance of 176.04 feet to a point tangent with the Northerly llne of Owens Drive~ said point being also the Southeasterly corner of Lot Six (6) of said Tract No. 721; Thence Southwesterly along the Westerly line of said Lot Seven (7) to the Northeasterly corner of Lot Eight (8) of said Tract No. 721; Thence South 89° 47' East along the Easterly prolongation of the Southerly line of Owens Drive 19.43 feet to a point tangent to a curve concave to the Northwest, having a radius of 250 feet; (a radial line passing through said tangent point bears North 0° 13' East); Thence Northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 50° 26' a distance of 220.06 feet to a point tangent with a curve concave to the Southeast and having a radius of 200 feet,(a radial line passing through said tangent point bears South 50o 13' East); Thence Northeasterly along said curve, through a central angle of 19° 48' a distance of 69.11 feet to a point on curve, (a radial line passing through said point bears South 30° 25' East); Thence North 30° 25' West 50 feet to the point of beginning. all as more particularly shown in red upon a map attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A" PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of October, 1939.
