ESOLUT!0.I~ FOR S~.r.E OF TAX DEEDED LOTS BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Santa ;~a: That, pursusllt to Resolution of Intention so to do, that this City sell to Sherman Stevens that certain real property belonging to this City, s/ld described as being in the City of Santa Ana, Orange Co~uuty, California, and particularly described as follows: Lots One Ten (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Nine (9) (10), Eleven (11), ~velve (12), Thirteen (13) Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), Nineteen T~onty (20), ~venty-one (21), Twenty-two (22), Twenty- three (23), Twenty-four ~(24), aud Twenty-five (25), in Block "H" of Tract No. and that the }~Iayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute a deed to s aid property to Sherman Stevens upon r sceipt by the City of tho sum of Nine Hundred Fifty and no/lO0 Dollars (5950.00) as the full purchase and s ale price thereof, and upon this City being able to furnish title to said property free of delinquent taxes.
