EESOLUTIOI~ ,N.O. 2719 RESOLUTION CONCEF~I~G PAF2£~G LI~.f[TATI0hTS UNDER 0RDINAHCE N0o 1050. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY_ COUNCIL OF THE CIT~/ OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: %VHEREAS, by Resolution No. 9188 of the City Co~iucil of the Cit.¥ of S,~uta Aha, dated the 8th day of October, 19S8, pursuant to the lmm~vlslons of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 10~O of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "Au Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public Highways Within said City", adopted April 8, 19~, the City Council did declare that the following curb along the public highways in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted Yellow as provided in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. lO~O, and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as above deccribed au the following curb, to-wit: ~!IRD STREET On the South side between Broadway and Sycamore Street, located as follows: The Easterly 71 feet of the Westerly 2J5 feet. AND~ it is the desire of the City Council to abandon and eliminate that certain freight loading zone as above described. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing freight loading zone is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer Is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be m-.moved or covered~ AND V~REAS by Resolution No. 2~84 of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana~ dated the 5th day of October, 1906, pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the provis'ions of Ordinance No. 10G0 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public Highways Within said City ", adopted April 8, 19J8, the City Council did declare that the following curb along the public b_ighways in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted Red as provided in Subdivision "E" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1050, and the City Enomneer was thereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as above described on the following curb, to-~vit: On the East side between Fifth and Sixth Streets, located as follows: The Southerly S~ feet of the Northerly 78 feet. AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon and eliminate that certain no parking zone as above described. N~V, THEREFORE~ be it resolved that the foregoing no psmking zone is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to s aid Ordinance No. 1050, the following curb along the public highways in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted Yellow, as provided in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 10ZO, and the City Engineer is hereby dirscted to cause said curb to be painted Yellow, ss follows, to-wit: On the East side between Fifth and Sixth Streets, located as follows: The Southerly 9Z feet of the Northerly 100 feet.
